Hey,
Found a game where this happens constantly so it should be fairly easy for anyone owning the game to reproduce..

! You must choose a smaller resolution than what your monitor's native and run in fullscreen..
Depending on the resolution you'll get similar result.. The edges will be glitched..

Interesting. This is the exact same issue that my mid-2010 Mac mini's GeForce 320M exhibits with the 342.01 driver as I mentioned on my reference thread. It doesn't seem to be bound by any specific API, and the affected programs invariably exhibit the symptom. The solution I found was to install an older driver branch intended for the preceding Curie generation GPUs. Since it's both an old and low-end GPU and it's also running on an older OS (Windows 8.1), this didn't bother me as there was no noticeable performance hit and the older drivers seemed to play better with its nForce chipset anyway.
I have also run into artifacting with my RTX 4080 (on Windows 10) lately, using the latest drivers that support the SUPER series, except that they only last for a split second, happening when I have a Chromium-based browser (I am currently using Opera GX) or Discord open, and instead of black, the artifacts are white. It's not a problem as I don't seem to have any broken games or applications like my Mac mini or your computer show, but I have noticed it when it occurs.
