    Last game you purchased?

BODY CAM!! Haven't purchased, haven't had a go at early access either but this is definitely in the list of TO-DOs I'm all about graphics realism and this seems to surpass my expectations. Anyone tried it?

Lian Li Redefines PC Case Layout with the SUP-01 Compact Tower

wouldn't a top bracket 1. have the back of the card facing the front 2. or, if in the alternative orientation rob the GPU from intaking air from the front? I wouldn't have it any other way. You're right i can see the card leaning to one side.. could it be the power connector/riser cable adding...

Lian Li Redefines PC Case Layout with the SUP-01 Compact Tower

"Engineered with three distinct airflow chambers, each dedicated to essential components—GPU, CPU's AIO, and motherboard" yep, thats what i thought on first impressions - this is certainly not aimed at beefed up air coolers (with 88mm clearance). Other then the obvious, this case gets a big...

NVIDIA RTX 5090 "Blackwell" Founders Edition to Implement the "RTX 4090 Ti" Cinderblock Design

""The more you buy, the more you save"" Thats a powerful message - even if it doesn't apply to the consumer segment if you repeat that 10 times in your head you'll buy into it too. I just ordered x20 4090s without even realising. The leather Jacket AI has got us by the balls. The more you buy...

NVIDIA RTX 5090 "Blackwell" Founders Edition to Implement the "RTX 4090 Ti" Cinderblock Design

I'm not sure why some are less than intrigued. Its a nice SFF case. Question now is will it fit a GPU?

Been away from PC gaming, a bit lost...

Ah Gotcha! You have nothing to worry about both options easily shift north of 60. Don't fret. These processors are the Bees Knees - top dog extreme performers for gaming. You simply can't go wrong.. for a mix of CPU-bound and/or GPU intensive games (i play) even inferior previous generation...

Been away from PC gaming, a bit lost...

For the few CPU-munching large map multiplayer titles i play, even my older 7700K and 9700K easily skips beyond 60fps. I don't bother with perf taxing RT though so i guess there is that possibility and no doubt can't speak for all games since my games library is usually small. Curious though...

Been away from PC gaming, a bit lost...

60fps? Is your display capped at 60hz? At 60hz, a 14700K or 7800X3D for gaming is like putting a jet engine in a car on a 30mph road to be further hampered with a traffic jam. Ok maybe not that bad but thats a lot of processing juice left on the table. If your GPU permits, variably these CPUs...

Been away from PC gaming, a bit lost...

Op, I'm of the opinion you might want to spend a little more on the GPU-side. The 4070 SUPER is a bit of a skimped debacle from Nvidia, more of a 60-class GPU dressed as 70-class. Nvidia eventually dropped a more worthier 70-class contender with the later released 4070 TI SUPER which IMO is...

POLL: Can you see the difference past 60fps (gaming/other)

Thanks for the uploads You did 20, we did 20. Only comparing 60 vs 120: 20/20 i got it right every single time. In-fact, i didn't even have to watch the entire vid each time. Right at the start when turning towards the stairs was enough to pick out the huge difference 120fps makes for motion...

4K Gamers, How much VRAM do you have?

@W1zzard, is there a dedicated page where we can view all previous, current and future Poll results?

4K Gamers, How much VRAM do you have?

Voted: "Im not gaming at 4K" but if i did all 3 of my 4K capable cards are not supported in the poll: 1080 TI - 11GB 2080 TI - 11GB 3080 - 10GB Maybe change the 12GB poll selection to "10-12GB"

AM5 boot times improve RADICALLY with memory context restore enabled

A friend of mine had his MSI tomahawk + 7800X3D (mem 6000/30) taking around 4mins to load up. We did the same... CMOS HR, BIOS update to the latest patch and then "enabled" memory context restore. End result: 4 mins reduced to 17 seconds. Since enabling, no issues encountered.

POLL: Can you see the difference past 60fps (gaming/other)

I can understand tech enthusiasts better appreciating the benefits of higher refresh rate gaming (same applies to digital artists/editors/CAD eng/etc) or even some attention-to-detail non-tekkie casual user for some of that buttery smooth browsing/scrolling/etc. But that doesn't mean tech...

POLL: Can you see the difference past 60fps (gaming/other)

86 respondents... 90%(ish) can perceive the difference beyond 60fps, with a significantly larger portion (73%) seeing the difference clearly. There's me thinking i'm one of the fewer overclocked-FPS-eyeball prodigies but judging by these numbers, just another ordinary JOE. To think of it...
