ChatGPT Comes to Desktop with OpenAI's Latest GPT-4o Model That Talks With Users

Oh I'm sure they will care since, most of IBM's profits come from redundant IT services rendered to... middle class workers... Servers to run sites to help middle class people find jobs, payrolls, CRMs, Database analytics, Internet Security, Accoutning.... when AI does everything centrally and...

I don't think Ryzen 9900x3d is just being announced next month, I think it's launching next month.

Not to mention you want to give an AMD chip 6 months before purchasing

Core Configurations of Intel Core Ultra 200 "Arrow Lake-S" Desktop Processors Surface

I think people are going to be surprised... this is on a new node. That's not why "it doesn't work" -- servers aren't personal devices and they're not workstations - they're pieced out into 1000 VMs and docker containers to rent out compute, so yeah if that's your function that heterogeneous...

Core Configurations of Intel Core Ultra 200 "Arrow Lake-S" Desktop Processors Surface

The real competitor will be the X3D, so the first 6 months of Zen 5 will be AMD milking it's early adopters as hard as possible - they're not releasing x3d until early 2025. Zen 5 non-x3d will probably be on par with 7800x3D so for gaming nothing really is going to change, on the MT side you're...

They made up their own marketing categories, lumped half the new laptops in it, and then went -- LOOK! People are buying new laptops... They're trying so hard, it's cute. My real question is... if I really wanted AI capability wouldnt i just buy a discrete GPU? 4050 is 60 TOPS(ish)? the top...

Corsair Unveils the Corsair ONE i500 PC

what's weird is the OLD models in this series used to run high end gear with one giant exhaust fan but 240 for the CPU and a 240 for the GPU both pulling in cold air from the sides - for a total of 480mm of slim low flow optimized rad. This is a massive downgrade to that original design.
